Damir Zadravec, Ph.D., Founder and Managing Director of Fika Eco, boasts a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry, with expertise spanning well design and operations across multiple continents.

A member of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts' Scientific Council for Oil and Gas Economy and Energy since 2017, Dr. Zadravec is a respected leader in petroleum engineering.

Earning his Ph.D. with a thesis on enhancing drilling rig dynamics, he has contributed significantly to the field through numerous professional papers and by mentoring young engineers.
